1. What we collect
- Account data: your email address, a hashed password, and your display name.
- Profile data: gender, year of birth, country of residence, what you write about yourself, and your photos.
- Activity data: who you expressed interest in, your messages, and your last-seen time.
- Limited technical data: IP address and error logs, used to protect the platform from abuse.
2. Why we collect it
To run the platform: showing your profile to suitable members, delivering your messages, reviewing reports, and taking payment for a plan. We use your data for nothing else.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or dating platforms. We place no advertising trackers on our pages.
4. Who sees what
Your display name, age, country and profile text are shown to members who match your preferences. Your photos follow the choice you make in settings: everyone, verified members only, or your matches only. Your email address is never shown to any member.
5. Messages
Your messages are between you and the person you are writing to. We read them only when a report concerns a specific conversation, and only as far as settling it requires. Phone numbers and links are stripped before storage, as protection against scams.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you ask for deletion we erase it within thirty days, except records we are legally required to keep, such as payment records.
7. Your rights
You may see your data, correct it, ask for a copy, ask us to erase it, and object to its processing. Write to us and we will act within thirty days.
8. Security
Connections are encrypted, and passwords are stored with a slow derivation function that cannot be reversed. We never store your card details on our servers.
