The deposit
Your file is recorded. The next step is a deposit, which marks the start of the process.

on opening the file
It covers the study of your file, the search for compatible files and the accompaniment of your process. It confirms your commitment and starts the agency's work.
This deposit is not refundable.
A second payment of 250 € comes only on concretisation. Most of the price is therefore paid only if it comes to something.
What the deposit does not buy
Where the service stands today
You pay online, from your account. Payment is made on our payment provider’s page: the card number is entered there, never on this site — we do not see it and do not keep it.
No prior validation by the agency is needed: as soon as the deposit is paid, the agency is notified and opens your file.
From Canada, the United States or elsewhere: the price is set in euros. We do not display a dollar equivalent, because a rate changes every day and an amount written here would be wrong tomorrow. Your bank applies its own rate on the day of payment.
No payment is collected to this day. No payment provider is in place, and no bank card is asked for anywhere on this site.
